• How can I be HealthBaby's member?

    All clients who enrolled HealthBaby's cord blood/umbilical cord storage service will automatically become our members. A membership card will be given for confirmation.

  • How to activate my member account?

    • Select "Member Login" in "HealthBaby Corner".
    • Enter your contract number and password. The default password is the first 6 letter and digits of mother or father's ID number
      • Example 1: If the ID number is A12345X(X), the password would be A12345.
      • Example 2: If the ID number is 123456X(X), the password would be 123456.
    • Complete the Customer Survey and your account will be activated.

  • How to update my personal information?

    You may update your personal information through the methods below:

    • Website: After login, press "Edit" to amend your personal information.
    • Phone: Call HealthBaby Customer Hotline.
    • Email: Send email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

  • How can I get updated with the latest promotion?

    Stay tune with HealthBaby website, Facebook and HealthBaby Corner for the latest promotion.

  • How long will it take for the gift redemption?

    Our representative will confirm your application within 1 week by phone. The gifts / coupons will be sent to your correspondence address by registered mail in 4 weeks. You may choose to collect the gifts/coupons at HealthBaby office.

  • What can I do if no redemption confirmation received?

    Our representative will confirm your application within 1 week by phone. In case no confirmation call received, please call our customer service hotline.

  • How can I check my rewards points?

    For any point discrepancy, please call our customer service hotline and contact our representatives.

  • How can I get back my forgotten password?

    The default password is the first 6 letter and digits of mother or father's ID number. If you still not able to login, please call our customer service hotline and contact our representatives.

  • How can I become the referrer and enroll the member referral program?

    Referrer must be our existing client while referee must be new client of HealthBaby who has not enrolled any services offered by HealthBaby. All existing clients become our members and are enrolled in the member referral program automatically. Terms and conditions apply.
